YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a part-time member services associate at the Irsay YMCA in Indianapolis, IN. The role centers on delivering excellent service to members and guests with light administrative tasks and data entry using YMCA software.

Candidates should be at least 16, with a high school diploma preferred. Flexible hours and opportunities for professional development are available; training will cover basic office procedures and calculator use.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.

• Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette.
• Data entry using standard word processing.
• Ability to learn YMCA software programs.
• Math and calculator proficiency.
• Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures; use copier and fax.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service to YMCA guests and members.
• Assist with front desk tasks and phone inquiries.
• Learn and operate YMCA software programs.
• Handle basic data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative duties as needed.
