Hendricks Regional Health Center YMCA - Avon seeks a part-time Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service during nights and Saturdays. The role focuses on member interactions, data entry, and use of YMCA software to manage memberships and basic office tasks.

You must be at least 16, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong phone etiquette and reliability are essential for success in this position.

• Filing, copier and fax machine knowledge.

Responsibilities

The primary function of this position is to provide excellent member services.

This role is exclusively for nights and Saturdays. If you can't work Saturday, please do not apply

• Obtain and maintain required training (refer to YMCA Training Plan) and demonstrate YMCA Leadership Competencies for the Member Services Representative I position.
