Job summary

YMCA of Greater Indianapolis seeks a part-time front desk team member to provide outstanding member service and support daily operations at the front desk. The role involves greeting members, answering questions, and handling routine administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have basic office skills, are comfortable with YMCA software, and can work a flexible schedule. Minimum age 16 and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic member service skills and telephone etiquette.
• Data entry skills and basic computer proficiency using standard word processing.
• Math and calculator proficiency.
• Knowledge of filing and basic office procedures and the ability to use the copier and fax machine.
