Job Responsibilities

• Perform irrigation system maintenance, installation, and repairs for existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.
• Conduct job site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and system diagnostics.
• Interpret and work from irrigation blueprints and plans.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in landscape irrigation, with a preference for 3-5 years.
• Deep understanding of irrigation systems, including 2-wire systems and controllers such as Rain Bird, Hunter, etc.
• Knowledge of pumps, boosters, and wells.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills (e.g., electrical, wire tracking).
• Ability to adapt to practical problems and unexpected situations.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in irrigation service and repairs.
• Valid and clean driver’s license required.
• Must meet all physical demands of the position.
