Job Description

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual with golf course irrigation experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the Toro Irrigation system, working alongside the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to ensure the system functions properly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads and system malfunctions
• Ensure cleanliness and inventory management of the irrigation parts room
• Assist with preventative maintenance and system edging
• Complete purchase orders and manage supplies
• Identify and repair leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly
• Assist with storm cleanup and water pumping
• Train and supervise staff on irrigation responsibilities
• Maintain courtesy to members and guests
• Must have a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Golf Course Irrigation Technician
• Experience in system upkeep, repairs, and maintenance
• Ability to manage inventory and perform preventative maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills for system malfunctions
