Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Spring start-ups, mid-season audits, and winterization to prevent damage.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose hydraulic/electrical issues, locate buried lines, repair or replace components.
• Water Management: Program and adjust irrigation controllers for efficiency and water savings.
• Customer Service: Communicate repair needs and recommendations to clients; complete service paperwork.

An Irrigation Service Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs watering systems for residential, commercial client properties. Performing seasonal maintenance, repairing damaged pipes or electrical valves, adjust sprinkler heads, and program controllers to ensure optimal water distribution and plant health.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance: Perform spring start-ups, mid-season audits, and winterization blow-outs to prevent freeze damage.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose hydraulic and electrical issues, locate buried lines, and repair or replace broken sprinkler heads, valves, and pipesWater Management: Program and adjust computerized irrigation controllers to maximize water efficiency and prevent overwatering or runoff.
