We are looking for an up and comer who is professional, can complete wet checks, basic clock installation, valve tracking and repair, and then help with upsells to the clients.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, drip systems, and pumpsRead and interpret irrigation plans and blueprintsEnsure proper system programming and water management practicesPerform seasonal services such as system start-ups, winterizations, and inspectionsMonitor job progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetMaintain accurate job records, material usage, and daily reportsCommunicate effectively with management, clients, and team membersEnforce company safety policies and ensure proper use of PPEOperate company vehicles, trailers, and equipment safelyQualifications1+ years of irrigation installation and repair experienceStrong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to read blueprints and irrigation layoutsValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to operate trenchers, pipe pullers, and other equipmentStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularlyPhysical RequirementsProlonged standing, bending, kneeling, and diggingAbility to work in hot, cold, and wet conditionsAbility to lift and carry irrigation materials and equipmentWork ScheduleFull-time positionOvertime and weekend work may be required during peak seasonCompensation$22-25 depending on experiencePlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
