We are looking for an experienced irrigation technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our client’s irrigation systems work properly throughout the season to ensure vibrant green lawns and healthy plants and flowers. You will spend most of your day working outdoors independently or as part of a team. You will need good time management skills and the ability to work safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for operational excellence and ensure that the quality of your work meets or exceeds our client’s expectations.

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

1. Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required, as you will be driving company vehicles to and from job sites.
   
   
2. Irrigation Experience Preferred: Prior experience in starting up, maintaining, repairing, winterizing, and/or installing irrigation systems is highly valued—but not required. We’re also happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
   
   
3. Strong Time Management: Ability to stay on schedule and complete work efficiently with minimal supervision.
   
   
4. Physical Stamina: This is a hands-on, outdoor position that involves physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
   
   
5. Technical Aptitude: Comfort using basic tools, troubleshooting irrigation system issues, and understanding system layouts and components.
   
   
6. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
