Utilizing the Nursing Process, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse collaborates with all disciplines on the assigned unit. Our LPN roles involve routine care for the sick or injured, working alongside Registered Nurses. Ongoing training will equip you with the tools to succeed in your role.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice
• Implement physician orders accurately and timely
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Prior experience with wound care patients preferred (training provided)
• Experience with billing and coding is a plus
