Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a dedicated Irrigation Specialist to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential and commercial irrigation systems. The role combines hands-on service with sales-oriented upgrades to improve client properties across multiple states, including Nebraska.

Qualifications include 2+ years in irrigation, strong customer service, and a valid driver's license. This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive salary and benefits, and a safety-sensitive environment.

Salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping.
• Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client’s property.
• Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations.
• Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers.

Requirements:
