Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc. is seeking an experienced irrigation specialist in Nebraska to diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems, while also performing system audits and recommending upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades and upgrades to clients.
• Perform startups, shutdowns, and winterizations as part of seasonal maintenance.
• Provide clear communication of repairs and service recommendations to customers.

Salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping.
• Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client’s property.
• Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations.
• Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair.
• Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
