Job summary

Environmental Management Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Site Superintendent to lead commercial irrigation installations from planning through completion.

You will report to the Install Operations Manager and supervise crews, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery across Central Ohio. The role requires 4+ years in irrigation installation and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, with strong plan-reading and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial irrigation installation experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership, superintendent, foreman, or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, installation methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and irrigation drawings.
• Experience managing multiple crews and large-scale commercial projects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial irrigation installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity, and performance to achieve objectives.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate project requirements and determine installation strategies.
• Supervise and lead irrigation installation crews ranging from 10 to 15 employees.
• Train, mentor, and develop Crew Leaders and field employees to improve performance and technical skills.
