Job summary

Environmental Management, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Site Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of landscape installation projects in Plain City, OH.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with project managers, designers, and estimators, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role requires at least 4 years in landscape construction with 2 years in leadership, strong knowledge of irrigation, hardscape, drainage, and planting, and a commitment to quality and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of landscape construction or landscape installation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, foreman, superintendent, or leadership role.
• Experience overseeing commercial landscape installation projects preferred.
• Experience with irrigation, hardscape, drainage, planting, grading, and site restoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise landscape installation crews and field personnel.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet schedules.
• Inspect sites regularly to maintain quality standards and safety.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Foremen and Crew Leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain daily project documentation and reporting.
