Job summary

BrightView Landscaping, LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Irrigation Manager to lead crews, coordinate materials, and ensure high-quality irrigation services for commercial landscapes.

You will work with Account Managers on estimating, design, and client meetings, while also selling irrigation services and mentoring staff. This role emphasizes safety, training, and efficient daily scheduling in a dynamic outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, management and leadership experience.
• Experience in the landscaping industry or local marketplace preferred.
• Obtain and maintain certifications and licenses needed for the local market.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct irrigation crews and resources.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties and prepare action plans before service.
• Monitor irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Train and develop team; manage safety and scheduling.
• Assist Branch Manager with irrigation sales tasks as required.
