Qualifications

• Dispatch experience in a service-based or field-operations environment.
• Scheduling and/or route management experience.
• Strong PC skills, including comfort with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch irrigation technicians to daily service calls.
• Manage and optimize schedules, routes, and workload distribution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff.
• Track work orders and project updates using PC-based systems.
• Support operations with administrative and logistical tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work and customer updates.
• Assist with inquiries and ensure timely follow-through.
• Collaborate closely with irrigation managers and field teams.
