Energy Job Shop seeks experienced Ironworkers for plant operations in New Iberia, LA. You will erect and connect steel, rig loads, and work at heights in varying weather. Strong safety mindset, welding and rigging knowledge, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding, rigging and flame cutting.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools and understand safe loads.
• Familiarity with hand signals and chokers sizing.
• Layout knowledge and magnetic drill use.
• Strong safety awareness, especially at heights.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to climb and balance on steel/wood frameworks.
• Willingness to work in adverse weather and confined spaces.
• Effective communication and reading/writing comprehension.
• Math skills for calculations and detail work.
