What You’ll Need

• Ability to set up equipment and weld pipe, plate, or structural steel using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment
• Ability to produce quality work with reasonable efficiency
• Willingness to obtain certification as necessary
• Understanding of all safety hazards related to the work
• Ability to use or operate work-related tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Physical ability to move throughout active construction and project site environments, including uneven terrain and elevated work surfaces
• Ability to lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor settings and confined spaces
