Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a foreman or supervisor.
• Knowledge of crane signals (hand and verbal).
• Ability to lead small teams and train crew.
• Willingness to travel with extended periods away from home.
• Must wear an approved full-body harness and work on elevated platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ironworker crew and assign duties to ensure on-time completion.
• Enforce OPD and client safety policies and procedures on the jobsite.
• Assess load weights and determine lifting requirements with rigging team and crane operator.
• Communicate effectively with rigging team and crane operator.
• Provide records of work completed to the OPD Superintendent.
