Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor.
• Knowledgeable of crane signals (hand and verbal).
• Must be a role model for safety.
• Must follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Must be able to wear an approved full body harness and work on elevated platforms.
• Travel is required with extended periods away from home in remote areas.
• Must be able to attend and/or lead employee safety meetings.
• Must be able to work shifts up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week.
• Must be able to meet all physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams on the jobsite.
• Assign crew duties and ensure proper training.
• Enforce safety policies and client procedures.
• Assess weights and lifting requirements for safe operations.
• Communicate with rigging team and crane operator.
• Provide work records to the OPD Superintendent.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance.
• Report potential safety concerns.
