Matrix Service is seeking a supervisor for a structural crew responsible for maintenance, turnaround or construction work. You will oversee daily assignments, ensure adherence to safety policies, and maintain high workmanship standards on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating tool and equipment inventories, reviewing project progress, and enforcing OSHA-compliant practices. A strong safety culture and supervisory skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise crews in maintenance/turnaround/construction.
• Thorough understanding of Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Proficient in duties in structure-related environments.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports safety and core values.
• Represent the company with high moral standards per code of conduct.
• Coordinate inventory of tools, equipment, and hoses for the structural crew.
• Analyze complex structural ironwork projects and suggest alternative strategies.
• Review project status reports and reallocate resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and code requirements.
• Maintain Safety Accountability Procedures and high quality of work.
• Review daily JHA for compliance and engage crew safety meetings.
• Lead and supervise crews, promoting a safety culture.
• Identify hazards and take corrective actions.
