Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of leading ironworker teams in industrial/construction settings.
• Proficiency with construction management and estimating software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Primavera P6/EPPM.
• Ability to read and apply complex technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling to coordinate site activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor ironworking teams on industrial sites with emphasis on efficiency and safety.
• Interpret blueprints and structural plans to determine project needs and organize workflows.
• Create daily work schedules, assign responsibilities, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure installations meet specs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and subcontractors using ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Prolog for documentation and timelines.
• Mentor and supervise crew performance through clear communication and training.
