The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial construction with hands-on foreman experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and OSHA 10 certification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of craft experience in industrial construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on foreman experience leading ironworker crews.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ironwork crews on site.
• Review project drawings, scope, and QA/QC plans.
