Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking a Journeyman Ironworker for our Cameron, LA project site. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of heavy industrial experience, including structural assembly, welding, fabrication, and stress relief.

Proficiency in oxyfuel cutting and reading structural drawings is expected. Typical duties include rigging, material handling, setting up frameworks, and ensuring correct reinforcement placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of heavy industrial field experience as an Ironworker.
• Ability to read structural drawings and detail sheets.
• Proficient in oxyfuel cutting and welding basics.

Responsibilities

• Safely identify and use advanced rigging procedures and equipment.
• Locate and move materials with proper lifting and safety measures.
• Assemble framework by positioning girders and bolting or welding.
• Ensure reinforcing materials receive the correct structural load.
• Read blueprints and interpret 3D plans.
