Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a journeyman Ironworker for the Cameron, LA project site. The role requires a minimum of four years in heavy industrial field work, including welding, fabrication, and stress relief, with the ability to read blueprints and detail sheets.

You will perform rigging, material handling, and scaffolding tasks, adhering to safety guidelines and coordinating with the crew to execute lift plans and installations on site.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum heavy industrial field experience as an Ironworker.
• Must have locking toolbox and tools to perform the job.
• Able to read structural drawings and detail sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and use advanced rigging procedures and equipment safely.
• Locate materials to be moved and secure them following safety guidelines.
• Set up framework by positioning girders and bolting or welding as needed.
• Ensure reinforcing material is correctly positioned for structural loads.
• Read blueprints and interpret plans in three dimensions.
• Assist with lift plans and understand pre-lift checklists.
