The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to use various hand tools. Physical endurance for 8+ hours daily and adaptability are required in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic hand signals and basic rigging knowledge.
• Safety knowledge while working at heights is required.
• Experience with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs; welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for oneself and others.
• Shows up on time and ready to complete work
• Follows directions of manager/ lead/ superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed
• Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients
• Takes care of company owned or rented equipment returning in like manor
