Kinsley Steel, Inc. offers a 3-year Ironworker Apprenticeship Program to build essential steel fabrication and ironworking skills on commercial construction projects under experienced mentors.

Starting day one on the job site, apprentices receive competitive pay and benefits while pursuing Journeyman status upon completion, with required DOT pre-employment screening and potential travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and dependability are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn ironworking and steel fabrication on commercial construction projects.
• Work under mentors on the job site from day one.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program

The Ironworker Apprenticeship Program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. You'll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.
