Kinsley Steel, Inc. invites you to join its Ironworker Apprenticeship Program, a 3-year path to Journeyman status through hands-on training on commercial projects.

From day one you work on the job site with leading mentors who will teach steel fabrication, ironworking, and essential industry standards while you earn while you learn. The program combines on-site experience with ongoing instruction to build practical skills and safety know-how.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work.
• Willingness to learn and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Learn steel fabrication and ironworking under experienced mentors.
• Work on various types of commercial construction projects.
• Participate in a 3-year program to earn Journeyman status.

3-Year Apprenticeship Program

The Ironworker Apprenticeship Program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. You'll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.
