Kinsley Steel, Inc. offers an Ironworker Apprenticeship Program designed to teach essential ironworking skills and industry standards. From day one, you work on-site with seasoned mentors who will train you in steel fabrication and ironworking.

Over a 3-year program, you will become proficient enough to earn Journeyman status while building skills on commercial construction projects, supported by an excellent benefits package and a culture focused on safety, growth, and dependability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and dependability are required.
