Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and dependability are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn ironworking and steel fabrication skills on the job.
• Work with mentors to develop craft techniques and safety practices.
• Progress through a 3-year program toward Journeyman status.
