Kinsley Steel, Inc. offers a 3-year Ironworker Apprenticeship Program that trains you in steel fabrication and ironworking, earning Journeyman status through hands-on, on-site experience on commercial construction projects.

You will start on day one with mentors, travel to various sites, and be tested for DOT requirements, with a benefits package including health/dental/vision and 401(k). Salary starts at $20.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing.

Responsibilities

• Learn steel fabrication and ironworking on real projects under mentors.
• Work on various types of commercial construction projects.
