Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to direct daily operations across all food and beverage outlets within our hotel portfolio.

You will lead a hands-on team, ensure service quality, train staff, and manage scheduling, with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Micros system experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
