Job summary

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City, FL is seeking a Quality Data Specialist to gather patient and clinical data, maintain records, and respond to data requests. This on-site, full-time role aligns with the Quality Risk Management department and supports day-to-day data operations.

You will produce summary reports on clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance, and help audits. This position emphasizes data-driven improvements and patient safety through meticulous data

Education
