Ascension in Panama City, FL, seeks a capable leader for Rehabilitation Services to drive departmental goals and ensure high-quality patient care. You will manage staff, scheduling and payroll, while overseeing budgets, compliance, and vendor contracts to support strategic objectives.

Qualified candidates will have BLS within 30 days of hire and relevant clinical credentials as required by Florida boards or ASHA, with substantial experience in leadership roles.

Qualifikationen

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire (AHA or ARC accepted).
• One or more of the following required: audiologist or rehab therapy or speech-language pathology credentials from Florida or ASHA.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma with experience or an associate/technical degree with experience.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Audiologist credentialed from the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Audiologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
