Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.

• Ability to coordinate IRF-PAI data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within license scope and compliance with laws.
• Manage IRF-PAI data completion and CMS submission.
• Coordinate pre-admission assessment and screening with staff.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of data recorded.
• Coordinate PAI completion for all acute rehab inpatients.
• Collaborate with coders to document codes and tier codes.
• Maintain timely transmission of IRF-PAI to CMS.
• Report key metrics to leadership (UDS/eRehab.data).
• Lead staff education on GG scoring and regulatory requirements.
• Provide feedback to physicians on documentation improvements.
