Job summary

Highpoint Health - Sumner with Ascension Saint Thomas seeks a PAI Coordinator to oversee the timely and accurate completion of the Patient Assessment Instrument for rehabilitation inpatients. You will edit the PAI to ensure accurate scoring of functional status and patient care needs.

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, you will gather and input data, coordinate transmission to CMS and educate staff on PPS and QIs while maintaining patient confidentiality and CMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team, gathering and input of data, transmission of data to Medicare.
• Assisting with education of staff regarding PPS and FIMS/Quality Indicators (QIs).
• Monitoring and management of CMS compliance.
