Job summary

KBS Corporate is seeking a Corporate Business Sales Executive to drive outbound B2B conversations with small business owners. You will build relationships, identify buying signals, and arrange meetings for senior directors in a fast-paced sales environment.

Base salary starts at €30k–€35k with a realistic €45k OTE and uncapped commissions. Friday finish at 3pm, 32 holidays, and ongoing training support career progression within our growing team.

Qualifications

• Residence in Ireland is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Work from our in-house CRM system to manage leads.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors when interest is shown.
• Deliver excellent service with empathy, diligence and speed.
