Job summary

University of North Texas Health Science Center seeks an Institutional Review Board Compliance Manager to oversee human subject protection for the North Texas Regional IRB. You will work with the ORC and NTR IRB partners to ensure federal and university policies are met, review submissions, and coordinate trainings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, with strong regulatory knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four years related experience.
Knowledge of FDA/OHRP and related regulations.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; higher education experience preferred.
Experience with IRB submissions, human subjects research, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

Assist with development and implementation of human subject protection for NTR IRB partners.
Conduct administrative and regulatory reviews of IRB submissions for compliance.
Provide education and training on regulations for researchers and staff.
Prepare documents for IRB review and attend committee meetings.
Coordinate IRB meetings, track attendance, and draft minutes.
Support development of in-house training programs and outreach materials.
Assist daily IRB operations and compliance activities.
