Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in research administration with 3 years in an IRB setting.
• Must obtain certification as a PRIM&R IRB Professional (CIP) within one year.
• Significant experience in compliance monitoring and regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop UMBC's IRB program.
• Review complex research protocols and identify issues.
• Educate staff and stakeholders on relevant regulations.
