You will review protocols for completeness and regulatory compliance, coordinate IRB meetings, and assist researchers with human subjects protections using Cayuse.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of IRB administration or related experience, plus proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of IRB administration, clinical research, or regulatory compliance with human subjects.
  • Familiarity with MS Office programs and MS Windows operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the software IRB review systems (Cayuse) including study files.
  • Independently performs regulatory support to WP IRB and manages daily operations.
  • Provide guidance to IRB members and investigators regarding regulations and WP policies.
  • Review and track protocol submissions, amendments, adverse event reports, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and attend IRB meetings, including agendas and minutes.
