Job summary

The Unconventional is looking for an experienced Arabic (Iraqi) Language Instructor to support the Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP). This part-time role involves providing tailored language instruction to service members at Maxwell Air Force Base. You will administer curricula and utilize eMentor technologies to ensure effective educational delivery.

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in language instruction and advanced proficiency in Arabic, along with extensive teaching experience. This role is remote, catering to a diverse group of learners.

Qualifications

• Must possess language proficiency for instruction on ACTFL scale.
• Minimum of five years of embedded experience in target cultures.
• Ability to deliver instruction across proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer eMentor curricula and prepare instructional aids.
• Operate UCC platform tools for live sessions.
• Provide feedback and monitor attendance.

Skills

Language skills equivalent to ILR Advanced Professional Proficiency

Teaching techniques and instructional systems
