The Unconventional is hiring a Language Instructor to support the Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP). This role involves administering instructional aids and providing participant-centered language education tailored to individual learners.

Qualifications

• Must possess language skills equivalent to ILR Advanced Professional Proficiency.
• At least a bachelor's degree in language instruction or related field required.
• Extensive knowledge of foreign language teaching techniques and instructional systems.
• Knowledge of standardized web-based course delivery systems necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administer the eMentor curricula provided by the Client.
• Prepare instructional aids and supporting materials for each session.
• Deliver instruction aligned with lesson objectives and plans.
• Provide feedback, review homework, and monitor attendance.
