Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional business-related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist branches in reviewing documents for various account types.
• Identify account types and required documentation with accuracy.
• Escalate issues to department leadership when needed.
• Review documentation to open or update accounts and ensure proper coding.
• Produce reports to verify account coding and document accuracy.
• Collaborate with team and branch staff to deliver service.
• Provide high-quality customer service in written and verbal form.
• Handle hotline calls and department emails as needed.
