Collaborate with branch personnel on distributions, rollovers, beneficiary claims, and other account maintenance; review forms for accuracy; handle data entry, indexing, and response

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of professional business-related experience.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operational results for the IRA and Qualified Plans department.
• Learn IRA department functions and terminology under supervision.
• Perform data entry, reviews, and quality control per IRS rules and procedures.
