Job summary

Beacon Bank is seeking a Retirement Services Administrator to serve as the IRA and Health Savings expert for the customer service teams in Boston or Pittsfield. You will ensure transactions comply with procedures and regulatory requirements, while supporting system conversions and upgrades.

This role requires strong communication, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and a focus on accuracy in processing statements and tax documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Retirement account administration experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors IRA and Health Savings transactions, tracks errors, and provides guidance to customer service teams.
• Participates in IRA/Health Savings projects, manages customer communications, and updates forms and procedures as needed.
• Ensures timely processing of annual statements and tax documents for IRA/Health Savings accounts.
• Ensures compliance with banking laws, rules, regulations, and internal procedures to reduce risk.
