Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IRA and Health Savings Account transactions to ensure high-quality customer service while complying with procedures and regulations.
• Provide feedback to customer service teams and serve as a resource for IRA/HSA questions.
• Participate in IRA and Health Savings Account projects including product development, implementation and system conversions.
• Ensure timely processing of IRA and Health Savings account annual statements and tax documents.
