Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist I to support interventional, neuro and endovascular procedures in our Radiology department. A sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 is available for eligible applicants, with a union workforce.

The position offers either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, depending on scheduling needs. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, patient preparation, contrast administration as directed, and assisting with procedural setup

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Radiologic Technology (Required)

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional, neuro and endovascular procedures with emphasis on patient care, imaging quality and safety.
• Maintain department relationships with Radiology Services partners, patients and referring physicians.
• Operate imaging equipment, prepare patients, administer contrast as directed, and assist with procedure setup and post-procedure documentation.
