Job summary

Central Oregon Radiology Associates (CORA) is seeking a proactive Patient Access Representative to coordinate Interventional Radiology scheduling, obtain prior authorizations, and liaise with insurers and the billing team. This hybrid role involves CORAVIS clinic work, CORA main site, and remote duties.

Responsibilities include template management, patient communications, and coordinating with St. Charles and OHSU teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical office environment.
• Experience with pre-authorization and scheduling for radiology preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Create and manage scheduling templates for outpatient offices.
• Verify insurance prior authorization for scheduled procedures.
• Enter pre-procedure and follow-up orders in the EMR system.
• Make pre-procedure calls to ensure patient readiness.
