Bain Capital in Boston seeks an Analyst/Associate to support Investor Relations across Global Private Markets. You will gather information, conduct in‑depth analysis, and create materials to help meetings go smoothly.
You will build calling lists, maintain the CRM pipeline, and coordinate materials with Coverage Officers. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, data handling, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Expected Annual Base Salary $75,000 - $100,000. Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
