Job summary

The role involves managing high-volume communications, supporting fund closings, and coordinating capital calls, distributions, and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Lead and facilitate capital calls and distributions for internal stakeholders.
• Enter and maintain client information in CRM (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting under tight deadlines.
• Maintain investor portals and update procedures as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders (IR Business Development/Coverage Officers, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Finance, Operations and external Administrators) to ensure seamless onboarding experience and excellent ongoing servicing of Bain Capital clients and their accounts
• Monitor and handle high volume email mailboxes, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service in response to any query or interaction
• Assist with fund closings, including subscription document review, investor follow-up and working document issues through to resolution within tight timelines
• Lead and facilitate the capital call and distribution processes for internal stakeholders
• Enter, validate and maintain client information in the CRM database (Salesforce), including subscription and commitment information, contact details and account data
• Effectively track and deliver client reporting with tight deadlines
• Grant user permissions and maintain investor account information on the Bain Capital investor and diligence portals
• Maintain and update procedure documentation for processing

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience in financial services industry
• Detail-oriented, prior experience following procedural controls and processes
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with investors as well as personnel across the firm
• Self-starter with strong project management and follow through skills
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities with changing demands or deadlines
• Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and experience with Salesforce preferred
• Team player with a "Can do" attitude; willingness to take on any task, no matter how large or small

Compensation

Expected Annual Base Salary $70,000 - $78,000. Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
