Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL seeks a Clinical Supervisor RN for Interventional Radiology. This full-time role is 40 hours weekly with a day shift and benefits; there is potential for overtime and to cover various shifts.

Responsibilities include directing the nursing team, coordinating care, and maintaining stroke knowledge through NIHSS training annually. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered, and a supportive learning environment under UHS is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN program accredited through the ACEN, CCNE, or CNEA.
• Minimum of one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS (current upon hire); ACLS, PALS, NRP or required specialty training current upon hire.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to safe, optimal outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Maintains currency in stroke knowledge with NIHSS training and 8 hours of stroke training annually.
